Your role is crucial in building lasting relationships, as you are the face they see every time they invest in their vehicle.Service Advisors guide our guests through the entire repair process, keeping them informed about the status of their vehicles and ensuring their satisfaction before they leave our facility.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Greet every guest that enters our facility with hospitality and respectPresent the best solution to properly repair our guest vehicle in a way that is easy for them to understandAbility to maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) Flexible and able to adjust as daily needs evolve Manage the store’s workflow in an effective and efficient mannerConsistently and effectively sell our services without jeopardising honesty and integrityReviews all digital vehicle inspections by techniciansMaintains an organized and up-to-date repair logAnswers customer inquiries and prepares estimates for our guestsPresent the best solution to properly repair our customers’ vehicles in a way that is easy for them to understandEnsure that all work is performed to proper specifications and within the time promised to the guestBuild relationships with part supply vendors, tool vendors, and all external vendors effectivelyPrioritize technician workloads with part availabilityPrepares a list of needed service department equipment, supplies, and required repairs - reviews service department repairs with the Service ManagerMaintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all timesCommunicate on the phone in a clear, professional mannerDirects, coordinates, and participates in performing customer service activitiesShuttle guest as needed in CBA-branded vehicleEnsure that all repairs are performed to proper specifications.Work together as a team and assist other employees as neededOther duties as assigned
